The group structured programme for adults with Type 1 diabetes who want to exercise: planning, insulin and carbohydrate, technology, and troubleshooting. Ready to be rolled out by trained local teams.

We run in-person or virtual training for hospital teams and regions - full days, half days, or a lunchtime or evening session. We are also happy to work with course organisers on joint training days.
